User Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and CentralConsole. By using the CentralConsole extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

CentralConsole is a Google Chrome extension that enables users to snip and save any content from the internet, including text, images, and links. Users can organize their snips in a centralized dashboard, and CentralConsole ensures that all snips are kept up-to-date with live snapshots.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CentralConsole account and password. You agree to notify CentralConsole immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use CentralConsole only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone's use and enjoyment of the service.

Intellectual Property

CentralConsole and its associated intellectual property, including but not limited to the software, trademarks, and content, are owned by CentralConsole and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CentralConsole extension for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the CentralConsole extension.

Data Privacy and Security

Lifetime Deals

Lifetime deals offered by CentralConsole are non-transferable. These deals are granted solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party, including but not limited to future owners or successors of the purchaser's account.

CentralConsole reserves the right to discontinue or modify lifetime deals at any time, especially in the event that the service is discontinued or if CentralConsole is no longer in operation. In such a case, CentralConsole shall not be held liable for refunding or compensating lifetime deal holders.

Modifications to the Terms of Service

CentralConsole reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the CentralConsole extension after such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
